Autos2000 by Amcom has failed to keep up with other shop management systems.  The feature set is very week.  There are few parts catalog and labor guide options and no online ordering options.

Furthermore, their web site contains the following misleading advertising claim:

“Other companies give you a basic package and then charge added fees for add-ins, options and extra modules.”

This statement is misleading because there are many other programs that charge only one price for all the features that they offer. 

Autos2000 by Amcom is eliminated in the initial screening round.
