In several conversations with a principal of DealerTrax I was told that they are no longer that interested in the automotive shop management software market and that their development efforts and marketing efforts are not directed to our marketplace.  They would not score that competitively in round three against the other shop management software programs so why take up your time and mine bringing them into round three.  Shop Manager by DealerTrax is eliminated at the beginning of round three.  I do wish them the best.  I did enjoy our conversations.
