My contact at GreenSoft was very prompt in replying to my emails.  He was very candid that WorkTracer is not really tailored for professional automotive repair shops.   It does not have to features that would be required such as integration with parts catalogs, labor guides, online ordering connections, a general ledger or an interface to an accounting program.
