2.1 Built In Help	3	There is on screen help but I don't know how complete the converage is yet. When you press F1 the help articles are not context sensitive.

4. Rate of Development	2	I'm not sure how well formed the functionality in FastTrak is. I got an exception window (bug) after only using the program a few minutes.
5. Advertising Claims	0	No unacceptable advertising claims found recently on their website, but several false or misleading statements were made to www.auto-repair-software.org.
6. Customer Satisfaction	3	Risoria Limited has a limited number of installations so it's hard to get a read on how well they will be able to satisfy their customers as they get a large users base. Also, the company principals do not have first hand experience with the auto service industry. That could affect customer satisfaction too. For now I'm using a conservative score until I have more input from users over time.
